BioStim Seminar Program

Our professional seminars on perineal and anorectal rehabilitation are designed to provide comprehensive, progressive training.
The anorectal seminars are divided into two parts (1 and 2), while the urogynecological (URO) seminars are divided into three parts.

1. Theory refresher & electrotherapy workshops

Consolidate your knowledge with a targeted review of the theoretical basics of URO and anorectal rehabilitation. In practical workshops, learn how to set up and adapt electrotherapy with BioStim for different clinical conditions. The goal: to combine theory and practice for optimal mastery in the clinic.

2. Biofeedback & practical training

Deepen your knowledge of biofeedback through simulations and practical exercises. You will receive guidance on how to accurately adjust equipment, interpret results, and effectively integrate this technology into your treatment protocols.

3. Additional resources (only for URO seminars)

Take advantage of practical, ready-to-use tools: patient records, anatomical charts, and personalized programs to structure your sessions and optimize therapeutic follow-up.

Our BioStim seminars are led by Hélène Colangeli, a renowned specialist in perineal and anorectal rehabilitation. With many years of clinical and teaching experience, she is also the author of the book “La rééducation ano-rectale tout en douceur” (Gentle Anorectal Rehabilitation), a reference in the field.

Thanks to her perfect mastery of BioStim techniques and her caring yet rigorous approach, Hélène imparts concrete and directly applicable knowledge.

Seminar details and conditions

For the Uro seminar, which is aimed at midwives and physiotherapists, you must have a BioStim that was purchased less than 2 years prior to the date of the seminar.

The Anorectal seminar, reserved exclusively for physiotherapists, is a specific advanced module and always incurs a fee(€100), regardless of the age of your device.

If possible, we recommend that you bring your work computer so that you can complete the workshops using your personalized interface. Be sure to check that your computer has the latest version of the BioStim software installed. 

If you are unable to bring your computer, our team will provide you with all the equipment needed to ensure the training runs smoothly.

  • Filling out the registration form does not automatically guarantee your registration. Your registration will be confirmed only after we receive the deposit and you receive our confirmation email.
  • A payment of €100 is required for the anorectal seminar (non-refundable).
  • If we do not receive a response regarding the deposit (URO) or payment (anorectal), your registration may be canceled.
  • Space is limited to 20 participants per session.
  • Early registration is recommended, especially for seminars held in Paris and Lyon.
  • Seminar schedule (subject to change): mornings 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / afternoons 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Meals not included.
  • If the seminar has fewer than 10 participants, we reserve the right to cancel it or change the date.
  • In the event of a strike or a major issue, the date may be changed.
  • If the new date does not suit you, your payment will be refunded.
  • Expenses incurred to attend (transportation, lodging, etc.) will not be covered.
