Mazet Santé is a brand of the group Électronique du Mazet, based in the Haut-Lignon plateaus in Haute-Loire.
For over 45 years, the group has been designing and manufacturing electronic devices in France for professionals in the medical and aesthetic sectors.

For over 45 years, Mazet Santé products have been supporting physical therapists, midwives, hospitals, and clinics by offering them high-performance solutions in physiotherapy.
All our devices are designed and developed in close collaboration with our team of engineers and leading physical therapists to ensure optimal ergonomics and validated clinical protocols.
Our equipment is manufactured in our 1,400 m² workshop in Haute-Loire, where more than 50 employees work every day to guarantee quality, reliability, and innovation.

All our devices comply with the most stringent regulatory requirements. They have the CE medical marking issued by the GMED (CE 0459), and our company is certified according to the ISO 13485:2016 standard, a guarantee of quality and process control.
Each device is meticulously assembled in our workshops and then individually tested by our qualified technicians before shipment.
Our After-Sales Service is available to answer any questions or provide assistance. Our sales and technical teams are on hand to support and advise you on a daily basis.
All our devices come with a 2-year warranty, and their accessories with a 6-month warranty.
